Wk 1 (Sept. 22) - What Are Characters
We will start this class with a fun icebreaker with having the kiddos act out their favorite animals. After introductions, we will go over what characters are. We will keep this idea and move forward creating a small play through the weeks and have them play and get comfortable in their “new scenery”.
Wk 3 (Oct. 6) - Mood and Feeling
Now that we have a setting and characters, this week we will talk all about mood and feeling. This week we will introduce what conflict and resolution are to the little ones. We will have them recognize the conflict and resolution while we’re reading our book.
